Will i am is probably only around a year old and appears to be a quiet, gentle rabbit. He does only have the sight in one eye but this doesnt appear to bother him..
Thumper is a very sleek rabbit who was born in August 2010. She is well handled and has been used to living both indoors and out. She has a ball which she carries around like a dog.
We believe Poppy is from the same litter as Thumper who was born in August 2010. She doesn t like being picked up but is inquisitive enough to come over for a stroke and a cabbage leaf. She is pure white with beautiful blue eyes. Poppy has really enjoyed being outside and has calmed down, a little bit. Poppy will suit a home where she has access to a secure area outside, with lots of things to play and explore.
Barney and Fred are two male rabbits born around May 2011. These two could be rehomed as a pair or singly. Although it is always a good idea to neuter rabbits if these two stay together it would be essential.
Babs was born May 2011. She is almost entirely black but has a white spot on her nose and her paw.
Suzie is a 10 month old rabbit with a lovely mop of hair. She is fairly well handled and will make a nice pet. Like allrabbits she will need access to a grassy run and a warm hutch.
Eeny and Miney are two rabbits looking for separate homes. One male and one female. They were born in June 2011 and will probably be small to medium sized rabbits with floppy ears.
Missy is a nice rabbit around 1 year old. She has been used to living in the house and is happy to have a cuddle.
The animals below are not currently in our kennels but are being rehomed from their own homes or other rescues. B.A.R.K. takes no responsiblity for them and all rehomings will be private between the current and future owner. If you would like further information please contact the kennels so we may put you in touch.
Please note the last picture is an old picture, these two have now grown, see measurments below.
Two female aquatic turtles looking for a new home. (Tinkershell and Squirt) 1 year old. 1 yellow bellied slider measuring approximately 18cm long and weighing almost 1 kilo, the other a musk turtle measuring approximately 13cm long and weighing 250gram. Both very healthy, but too big for the tank and equipment we bought when they were babies. They will come with a heat lamp but will need a new tank. They are lovely creatures but the bigger one is now chewing the floating platform because she is bored and there is no room for her to swim. We have had to take out the second floating platform because she has chewed it, so now the smaller one has to sit on top of the larger one to get to the heat lamp. The larger one is now starting to chew the large platform too. As you can see from the photos, they used to be able to share the floating platform, but not the larger one is so heavy, she is submerging it when she sits on it and the smaller one is sitting on top of her to get some space.
